All required documents can be downloaded below for your convenience. Please submit your completed entry packet via mail. Some documents can be submitted via email as noted in the entry materials. Miss America Service Requirement
This service requirement will not only continue the Miss America Organization’s legacy of service and scholarship assistance, but also raise funds and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network. Before participating in any official Miss America local preliminary pageant, each contestant must raise $100 for each pageant entered. Contestants must log onto www.missamerica4kids.org to create her personal fund raising web page. If you are new contestant and need further assistance with registration, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have also included to documents below to help you with the process.

Eligibility
Contestant must be at least seventeen (17) and high school senior and will graduate before the state pageant.
Contestant must be no older than twenty-four (24) years of age on December 31, 2011. This means, if she turns 25 prior to December 31st, 2011 then she is not eligible.
Contestant must be a citizen of the United States.
Contestant must have resided in Oklahoma at least 6 months prior to July 15, 2010.
Contestant must be a young lady of the highest moral character, integrity and standards.
Contestant must execute the Miss Oklahoma State Fair Contestant Contract and abide by all the agreements and representations contained therein.
Contestant must be no older than twenty-four (24) years of age on December 31, 2011. This means, if she turns 25 prior to December 31st, 2011 then she is not eligible.
Contestant must be a citizen of the United States.
Contestant must have resided in Oklahoma at least 6 months prior to July 15, 2010.
Contestant must be a young lady of the highest moral character, integrity and standards.
Contestant must execute the Miss Oklahoma State Fair Contestant Contract and abide by all the agreements and representations contained therein.
Competition Rules and Judging Criteria
Presentation in Interview (25%)
All interviews must be held prior to any other phase of competition. Interviews at the local and state level will be 10 minutes.
Lifestyle and Fitness in Swimsuit (15%)
Contestant may select a one or two-piece swimsuit.
Artistic Expression in Talent (35%)
Contestant’s talent must not be longer than 1:30 seconds. CD accompaniment is the only acceptable accompaniment.
Presence and Poise in Evening Wear (20%)
Contestant should wear age appropriate attire that makes her feel beautiful and special.
Age appropriate full-length gowns or full-length pantsuits are appropriate. Shorter attire may be worn, but must be age appropriate and non-revealing when worn on a stage.
On-Stage Question (5%)
Each contestant’s question will be drawn on stage and will be random pop culture questions.
